The first thing you need is a PayPal business account. The second thing you need is a free blog. When you have your Paypal account you can make a buy button. Make sure you customize your button by selecting the url that indicates were your customers are sent when they are ordering your offer. Then the second url were they are sent if they are cancelling there order preferring your ad blog were they saw you ad. You should put your button on your ad blog by selecting the code selection then place it after your ad information on your ad blog. You will place the conversion information on place on your Paypal button area that's sending the information that you are selling. You will need two urls. One with your offer ( The free blog with the advertising offer and buy button and the second product url were they will be sent after payment ). You will put them in the proper places when you are building your button in the customizing page section of your Paypal button area. To summarize
